Since their formation in Athens at the turn of the millennium, they have evolved into one of the most consistent and hardworking thrash metal forces in the European scene. Their formula is deceptively simple yet lethally effective: precision riffs cut with surgical accuracy, machine-gun drumming, and Nick Melissourgos' vocals spitting pure fire.

When people say Insania, most fans imagine a sardonic sneer, brilliant lyrics, and the Brno school of cynicism. This group surrounding the visionary Poly has refused to be pigeonholed for over three decades. From their hardcore-punk beginnings, they have evolved into a masterful crossover entity that is on first-name terms with metal, acid-rock, and electronics. Their music is like barbed wire wrapped in velvet – catchy on the surface, uncompromisingly biting inside.
